Even if you aren’t a list-maker, there’s a type of list that anyone can embrace, and that is the Fun Stuff I Want to Do list. (Variations of that list include the Fun Stuff I Want to Do This Summer, Fun Stuff I Want to Do This Month, Fun Stuff I Want to Do to Make Mischief, Fun Stuff I Want to Do at Work lists–you get the idea.)
The concept is this: In her book, Write It Down, Make It Happen, Henriette Anne Klauser said that “by writing down dreams and aspirations, you declare yourself in the game. Putting it on paper alerts the part of your brain known as the reticular activating system to join you in the play.”
And once that reticular activating system of yours gets going, you’ll be amazed at the pure joy that actually begins to characterize your life.
In this episode I’ll show you how this might happen. It involves a holy moment on a Harley.
Hop on, and come along for a joyride…
