Leonard Sweet says in his book, Learn to Dance the Soul Salsa, “If you are not constantly recalling back to life’s meaningful memories and stories, your soul is being starved to death…Memories fall to the ground and fertilize the soil so that the soul can grow.”

In this episode, you get permission to miss your loved one with all your might. It’ll hurt. But know, too, that they will always be a part of who you are, and let your heart dance with the joy they brought–and can still bring–to you as you remember…
