Podcast Episode 105: Wear Your Joy…Literally

Is getting dressed every morning a joy for you?

Or a chore you dread?

Or is it just meh?

Maybe you say you don’t care about what you wear or how it makes you feel. Like my husband who, when I asked him what his “intention” is when he gets dressed every morning, just blank-stared at me for a full 15 seconds, and then laughed and said, “Uh…to cover my body.” He claimed he didn’t really care about what he put on.

But I have a hard time believing that. True, some people care a lot; some don’t, and that’s okay. And maybe you are one of those people.

But what if I told you that wearing some kind of personal joy every day could change your life?

Listen in this week for inspiration and a few questions to help you, as my friend Joanne says, “wear what makes your heart sing,” and spawn a little joy!
